PCI is industry and overall winner in VBÖ study "The Best in the Industry"
PCI is happy about a double victory in the supplier evaluation of the Austrian building materials trade

The Association of Building Material Trade Austria (VBÖ) has been selecting "The Best in the Industry" in its eponymous study every year since 1978. The study examines the satisfaction of building materials distributors with their suppliers and is based on anonymized surveys of their members. PCI Augsburg GmbH achieved first place both in the "Construction Chemicals" industry cluster and in the overall ranking of all industries. The award was ceremoniously presented on June 1 during the 61st Austrian Building Materials Distributors Conference in Saalfelden, Austria.
The study "The Best in the Industry" is conducted annually on behalf of VBÖ in order to strengthen and improve the partnership-based cooperation between the building materials trade and the building materials industry. The Institute for Statistical Analysis Jaksch & Partner GmbH surveyed the 75 VBÖ member companies about their suppliers which were previously assigned to various industry clusters. The surveyed building materials distributors anonymously rated their suppliers in a total of eleven categories, including, for example, delivery reliability, availability of goods, product quality, distributor loyalty, sales support and much more.
PCI was awarded first place both in the "Construction Chemicals" cluster and in the overall ranking in which the results of all suppliers (all over) were compared across all industry clusters.
