PCI comes up trumps – product systems "Refurbishment, renovation and modernization" as part of the PCI annual campaign 2024
05.06.2024
As part of its annual campaign for refurbishment, renovation and modernization, PCI Augsburg GmbH is presenting another system solution with the complete, barrier-free bathroom renovation. Both craftspeople and end customers benefit from maximum durability and reliability thanks to optimally harmonized products. All waterproofing products comply with the DIN 18534 standard and offer optimum moisture protection in bathrooms and showers.
The focus of the annual campaign "PCI comes up trumps - how winners renovate" is on various system solutions with harmonized products for renovation, refurbishment and modernization. Craftspeople benefit from reliable complete solutions with which even demanding renovation tasks can be completed easily and reliably. After the energy-efficient renovation of underfloor heating systems and structural waterproofing, the third focus of the annual campaign is on the complete barrier-free renovation of bathrooms.
When renovating a bathroom, there are different room situations, individual design requirements and a wide range of tiles and slabs. In addition, craftspeople often do not know exactly what type of substrate and the resulting challenges they can expect.
With three different systems for wall and floor surfaces in the bathroom and for the installation of a level-access shower, PCI meets a wide range of requirements in terms of substrate structure, spatial conditions and the required shower solution.
Each individual system covers all processing steps - from substrate preparation and standard-compliant bonded waterproofing to the installation of floor-level substructure elements and the laying and grouting of ceramic coverings. Thanks to the optimum harmonization of the individual products, the systems are reliable and easy to install. All waterproofing products comply with the DIN 18534 standard and offer optimum moisture protection in bathrooms and showers. In addition, all products are very low-emission (EC 1 Plus) and therefore contribute to greater occupational safety, healthy living and environmental compatibility.
Interested parties can find more detailed information on this topic in the brochure "Reliable Tiling Renovation" and on the PCI landing page "Full bathroom renovation".
"The bathroom is often the focus when renovating a living area. Modern bathrooms have level-access showers instead of bathtubs or shower trays which look stylish as well as being barrier-free and easy to clean. And with old-fashioned tile designs, many bathrooms no longer correspond to current tastes," says Fabian Ladenburger, Head of Marketing for Building Materials & Tiling Trade. "Forward-looking planning and the use of optimally harmonized laying materials are decisive factors for a perfect result. Our customers are on the safe side with PCI system solutions - true to the motto 'PCI comes up trumps- this is how winners renovate'."
